Oh, that looks good! Great photo, Frankie! Since we're watching carbs here, I wonder how this would taste in one of those multigrain wraps we like. Whadya think?

Mmmmm.......I love walking past the street vendors that are grilling sausage, peppers, and onions. It smells so good and the multi-colored peppers make it so appealing. I'm always tempted. Very nice photo!

    Thank you, everyone!
Its funny you mention a wrap, Bakerme, as when I was thinking of what to do with the leftovers last night, I thought about putting one in a flour tortilla. Instead, I chopped up a sausage and heated it and some of the onions and peppers in the leftover spaghetti sauce I had from the Pizzhetti and poured it over some pasta.

I am not that creative, so wouldn't have thought to combine the leftovers from both meals and serve them over pasta. Hey, I think you just created a new recipe there :)

I only had red bells and I kept the garlic in, I couldn't bring myself to discard them. I sliced up my sausages because that's how I prefer them in sandwich form and served in some hoagies I found frozen :) Added some marina too on top because I needed some moisture. So good! Added a review and a pic.

That looks so good with the marinara sauce. I wish I had thought of that as I had leftover sauce! That's a great picture, Michelle!
