    Sauted Yellow Squash
Its pass the squash time! Got a squash from a co-worker who got it from someone else who got it from someone else. That time of year. :)
I realize one doesn't really need a recipe to saute some squash but I liked the "mess of" and "hunk" ingredient measurements. I thought it was cute. Cut my mess and hunk in half, as is my usual.
I put everything in the pan at once as I don't like mushy onions. Also, this squash had been on the vine way too long and the peel was too thick so I cooked it a bit longer. But, I was determined to have some squash as I didn't grow any this year and this filled my craving quite nicely.

It's always great to go simple sometimes! My squash season has been over for so long! What a pretty yellow photo :)

It looks just great to me Frankie! More often than not I like my veggies and sides simple. I find when many veggies are cooked with too many things they can overwhelmed with other ingredients. I cook in hunks and chunks most of the time:) Thanks for the heads up and great pic!

Looks like it was squash/zuke day. I have some monster yellows I need to use up, too. I like the onions and the pepper. Gonna make this. I even have a skillet that will take the 16"er planned for this. Your pic looks delicious, Frankie. Thanks for the heads up <---------I say that a lot, dont I : P

Yeah, and now you have G4U saying it, too. ;-P
Just kidding. You say that as much as I say, "I cut this in half" so I'd say we're all even. :)
