Savory Bread Pudding

    Good flavor and no heat in this dish. : )
    It is drier than bread pudding I'm used to. Outer edges got crispy toasty. Has more of a flavor of stuffing. My Parmesan did not melt. Are you sure you used Parmesan?
    A little more eggs, stock and 1/2&1/2 would take care of the dryness issue.
    It must be out of season for asparagus in my neck of the woods.
    Used brussels sprouts as a sub. Steamed them first before using in the dish.
    Used dried herbs.
