Shrimp Cocktail Sauce

Recipe by Twill10: Shrimp Cocktail Sauce/saved
A nice snappy sauce. Used the full 2Tbsp horseradish. Horseradish was the creamy style, not the stone ground looking style.
Made a half again more of the recipe and put it in a stemless wine goblet.

That looks like a great sauce, pso! I love Worcestershire sauce. I'd use the full 2 tablespoons of horseradish, too! I love that stuff. :)

Oh yummers, that looks good, Points! It's been ages since I've had shrimp with cocktail sauce! I'd have to reduce or omit the Worcestershire (don't like) and use the full amount of horseradish. I love that stuff!

it's not as harsh of flavor as the Lea and Perrins and is all natural. I think you would like it :)

Thanks for the recommendation, Mommyluvs2cook! Harsh is a good way to describe Worcestershire sauce. Maybe that's why I don't like it :p If that's the Annie's that makes the all-natural cookies and crackers I've seen in the store, I know the brand.

I searched for shrimp cocktail sauce. That's probably why your recommendation didn't show up in the search result. Anyway I was looking for a traditional red cocktail sauce. Yours looks to be more of a white sauce.

Marie Rose's sauce looks like what we used to make when I was a kid. Except we didn't use brandy. Traditional shrimp cocktail sauce doesn't have mayonnaise in it.
