    Simple And Easy Egg Quiche
    I had a package of crescent rolls to use up so did an ingredient search using that and "eggs." This was one that came up. I was skeptical because I have had such a hard time baking eggs but it worked! My muffin pan only holds six so I just rolled up the remaining two crescents and baked them as usual. It will be interesting to see how they reheat but I can't eat them all!

    Well isn't that fun! Great picture Frankieanne! I've not had success at baking eggs msyelf. They'd be a great little addition to a Brunch menu wouldn't they! Or to cut in half and add stuff to it for a nice lunch sandwich.

    I thought the seasoning was too much for two eggs so I only used 1 tsp of Italian herb seasoning and just a few dashes of pepper. No way could I have stood as much pepper as is posted in the recipe. What I did was good for me. Didn't make it to spec, I guess. :)
