    Simple Savory Breakfast Bagel
I thought this looked like an interesting combination and it was - but very good! I was surprised that hard boiled egg and cream cheese were good together. Maybe the salami helped. I don't know. :)
The only problem with this combo is it is very, very filling! I made a whole bagel just for myself and was stuffed after one half. I had to eat the other half (I wasn't sure it would keep well for a day in the refrigerator) and it was too much! Still - it was very good and I really liked it. I'll just cut in half next time. An easy morning meal.

You should try and make your own bagels. They are very easy and you can't get them any fresher.

I was thinking of making this myself. I don't have any hard salami at the moment but may try it with regular luncheon meat salami though. Nice photo.

I will leave the bagel making to you, pso. I'm not much of a baker. I don't have the patience. The grocery store where I shop has a bakery section and I can buy one bagel at a time! That's a great thing for me. :)
This was pretty tasty, Lovebreezy. You'll have to let us know if you make it and what you thought.

I also made this. Simple Savory Breakfast Bagel
Like I said on the recipe, I’m always happy to have bagels and creamed cheese but I did really enjoy the additional flavors and texture.
Used Genoa salami that I had to use making pizzas; used garden vegetable flavor cream cheese; Himalayan Pink salt; and a different chile powder.
This would be great in the spring using leftover Easter eggs.
    Added one of my photos.

Oh, wow, yours looks so wonderful! That's a great idea about the Easter eggs, too. It is definitely filling, isn't it. :)

Yes it was filling and very good. I may put more chile powder on next time but that's just personal taste.
