  So many people made this recipe with good reviews. I need to ask, what was done with the extra 2tbsp and 1tsp flour? And do I assume correctly that one used 2 chicken breast fillets, halved, then pounded to an equal thickness?
  One tablespoon of flour with the seasonings just doesn't seem like enough to coat the chicken.
