Slow Cooker Pot Roast

This was so simple but different and delicious! We are not used to the liquid being thick, tiso this was a nice change! I did end up having to thin it out some at the end because it pwas getting beyond thick. I doubled everything besides the meat size....not necessary... had way to much juice/sauce! I bought a new cut of beef, and it did not "shred" like it usually turns out. BUT it did cut nicely, didn't need a knife. Great flavor!!! I added a little worcestershire sauce and diced potatoes. This is so good!!

It is quite a different recipe for a Slow Cooker. I love lots of gravy with any roast so I am bookmarking this one to try soon. Out of interest what was the name of the new cut of beef you used? Also what a very yummy pic Mml2c bravo well done!

So the recipe did not say what size piece of meat. What did you use ML2C?
