Smoked Sausage and Sauce

    I posted this about 5 months ago to the IMI group but made it again today.

    It is a recipe I would normally turn my nose up at as not being a real tomato sauce because it uses catsup. But it is surprisingly good.

    It gives the look of a beanie-weinie Bbq sauce while simmering.

    Author uses it over a bed of rice but it is just as good over pasta.

    Yeah, were still eating spaghetti today.

    I did the alterations last time because I didn't have enough catsup and wasn't sure mother would appreciate the red pepper flakes. I didn't put a whole lot of flakes into the mix.
