I found this on the net, after finding an amazing smoked sausage sale. This recipe was the one the family liked.

Doubled this recipe so I could serve it over Linguine. Took the liberty of using a can of diced tomatoes, drained, and the rest of ketchup to make 2 cups. Also added a 4 oz can of diced green chiles instead of the red pepper flakes.
Nice and sweet with a little bit of heat.
Mother had 2 plates of the Linguine, which is a rarity.
Probably could add a little salt to heighten the flavors.

Too...."ketchuppy" for me. Ate it with rice, rice and ketchup - not a great combonation. Seems like it could've used something else to offset the tartness of the cup of ketchup.
