Smoked Sausage Stew

  A very good stew and quick. Only criticism is there is almost too much grease in the dish. Probably could drain the sausage mix after sauteing and drop the olive oil all together. Start by sauteing the sausage and there will be plenty of oil after a couple of minutes to add the other vegetables to the saute.
  My test is that if I hold my lips firmly together and they slide off each other, there is too much grease.
  I will be making this dish again, after I have cooked my way through all the other unmade dishes on this site. :0~~~~~~~~

  How astute of you to notice my image in the picture. Remember now that it is a concave surface and things seem smaller than what they really are. Glad I wasn't cooking in the nude and made that boo-boo!

  Nope... not buying it! I just looked at my reflection in a spoon and it actually made me look bigger than I really am! Hey, there's nothing wrong with being slight of build! Its all the rage these days! LOL!
