    A well done recipe. Has the flair of a pot roast, in the veggie taste, and fall apart meat.
    My naked chicken boobies were huge. Had to fillet them to make sure they would cook in time. Sauteed the meat for about 1.5 minutes/side. Added about a half cup of water at the beginning of the "lid on" time, just to ensure nothing scorched.
    A well flavored recipe. It's got the yum factor.
