Sour Cream Apple Coffee Cake Squares

  By the pictures it looks like mine rose more than Canzi's and it looks like instead of slicing like the recipe said she chopped it some then piled the mix on top. I thinly sliced mine mixed with the brown sugar mixture then layed them in rows to cover the cake. 2 apples cover mine perfectly. The cake is nice and moist. Not too sweet so so it's perfect for breakfast!

  I had the instant coffee sitting in my freezer and I NEVER used it!!!! I really meant too and didn't even realize it till u said something! Cake was still good regardless!
