Sourdough Pizza Crust

    A good pizza crust. A little hard on the crust edge. Could be because of lack of gluten development.
    Had to oil my hands to keep the crust dough from sticking.
    Doubled the dough recipe, as I prefer my crust a little thicker.
    Topped with onion, 'shrooms, bacon, sauteed in the bacon grease.
    Put down a layer of Mozzarella on the dough for the first bake to keep the toppings from sliding around when bitten. Then another layer of cheese on top.
    All kinds of flavors going on, not sure if I could taste the sourdough flavor.
    Baked it up in a square pan.

    Yum, that sure looks good! I haven't thought of using sourdough for a pizza crust either Michelle, but it sounds delish:)
