Sourdough Pizza Crust

- 1/2 cup sourdough starter (allow to come to room temperature) shopping list
- 2 Tbs. oil (I use a canola/vegetable blend) shopping list
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour shopping list
- 1 tsp. baking powder shopping list
- 1/8 tsp. baking soda shopping list
- 1/8 tsp. salt shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 435F.
- Combine sourdough starter and oil in medium bowl.
- Mix next four ingredients in cup. Add to sourdough starter mixture. Stir well. Press into greased 12” pizza pan (I use my cast iron skillet) See Photo. Don't flour your hands! The oil will keep the crust from sticking to your hands. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Cool for a few minutes See Photo. Add toppings of your choice. Bake until cheese melts and crust has a touch of brown – about 10 to 12 minutes more.
Press into your pan.

I'd like to make this a deep dish style crust. Should I double up on the ingredients or let the crust rise?
