    Grilled Crabmeat Stuffed Chicken Thighs/saved
    last night for dinner. Pretty spiffy hey! This is a really lovely recipe. A special recipe I'd make for dinner guests.
    I will admit to saying a few swear words while trying to get the toothpicks to hold the stuffing inside the thighs. I even pulled out the butcher twine at one point to see if that would be any easier, but it wasn't. I did persevere in the end and it sure does look pretty on the plate once you get it all cooked and done up. Nice flavours from the crabmeat (I just used the fake crab in a package, pollock) and the celery and onions. Looking back at the recipe now I see I missed adding the minced garlic so will do that next time and I used whole wheat bread crumbs instead of white but I don't think anyone would ever notice the difference. Barbecuing this dish really adds a nice smokiness to it that you wouldn't get baking it in the oven, and using boneless thighs makes it nice and juicy.
