    I don't normally make this member's recipes because the poster always posts the picture and the recipe without proper credit. Took care of that though. My sister gave me some of her home grown peaches and I had an open can of chipotles in adobo so this was on the menu. I rated this four stars although I won't make it again. The sauce was great with chicken but not really with the red onion or the peaches. Apricot preserves on peaches. I guess its close enough but it somehow just didn't taste right to me. Basting with a rosemary sprig. Ha. Like painting a wall with a toothbrush. I did it but I was a sticky mess afterward.
    I only had boneless thighs so I cut them a bit smaller than called for.
    Corrected the spelling of "spicy" in the thread title. I just couldn't bring myself to post it misspelled.
