    Sticken Chicken
Holy cow, this is some darn good chicken! I used quarters instead of just thighs. I was planning on staying home for a lazy Sunday afternoon so I did the three hour version instead of the 350 version mentioned in her introduction. The nice thing about cooking this at such a low temperature was the sugar did not burn. Everything just got all kind of sticky and gooey good! It was on the sweet side so some of you may want to add some heat. I liked the sweet. A really good recipe and I highly recommend this one.
Zu hasn't been around for quite a while but I do notice she has some good looking bread recipes posted as well.

Yummy! Was there enough sauce to serve over some rice?

Oh, ml2c, thanks for mentioning that because I meant to note that after the first hour of cooking I had nothing to drain off as mentioned in the recipe. So - yes - there is enough sauce to serve over rice but is also full of fat. It had reduced a bit as well.
This is some tasty chicken! I'd have some more but I am still full as I ate a full quarter along with some potatoes and a leftover biscuit. :)
