I make spinach all of the time, but never think to stir-fry it...this was delicious, fast & very easy. The garlic really made this dish!

Anyway, the other day I was cooking for just myself and had a bunch of spinach. I typed spinach into my bookmarks and this popped up, and I realized I have never made spinach this simple. It's always creamed or thrown in with some pasta dish or soup.
So deliciously fresh and perfect served along side of a turkey wrap! I will link it in my review...
