Recipe by Jemison: Stuffed Celery
Nothing wrong with this recipe. Can't say that I liked it either. Guess it wasn't meant for me. I like cream cheese. I like celery when it's not so crunchy. Steamed these but it still wasn't satisfying me.

We fill crisp celery with cream cheese or peanut butter all the time as a little appetizer, never thought of adding walnuts. I have heard of putting raisins on top though. Think they call it frogs on a log or some such thing. Never tried it myself, just like the plain stuff.
