Ingredients
- 1 head celery shopping list
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1/4 c walnuts, chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Remove the stalks from the celery and rinse well in cold water.
- Trim off the leaves and ends.
- Cut into three-inch pieces; allow to dry.
- Lightly whip the cream cheese.
- Mix in the walnuts.
- Put the cheese mixture in a zip-lock; cut one corner from the bottom of the zip-lock so you can fill the celery.
- Fill the celery with the mixture.
- Chill well before serving.
