    Sorry Jo but I don't care for whole wheat pasta. Used regular angel hair pasta.
    Sauce has a bright tomato flavor all be it not too thick.
    Left the zukes in the saute pan because I like my veggies more done. And used dried herbs. I'm sure fresh ones would impart much more flavor but this dish was loaded with flavor anyway.
    No wine this time; added chicken bouillon instead.
    Doubled recipe without trouble.
    I like the technique of sauteeing with water instead of oil.

    I used regular pasta, was out of garlic cloves and wine so used chicken broth and garlic powder. It was so good! The fresh spices made a tasty difference! I think the wine would have added something, also, but it was still really good!
