Sunny's Breakfast Burrito

I had some sausage and a shallot I needed to use up and made this for breakfast. I like the idea of adding it in the oven afterwards. That gave it s crispness that I enjoyed. I also only had 8 eggs left. Made 4 burritos. This was good, but I think it would have been better with bacon. I loved the green Ortega chilies in it. Added some rooster sauce to heat it up some

Neat on the Tiger Sauce Marie. I don't think I've ever tasted that but I do think I've seen it in the store before. What other things would you put it on?

NP, this is my kitty. For the most part, I call him Doofus Kitty. Although sometimes I think he thinks his name is Dammit Especially when I catch him clawing the furniture.......GRRRR But he is a really great 15lb little buddy. He likes beer, too And ice cream.......
Im going to look for that Tiger Sauce. I can always use another bottle of heatemup
