Super Quick Spinach With Pine Nuts

  I agree this is super quick, and delicious! The lemon was a nice touch. I think I did about double the amount of pine nuts called for as you can tell by my pic.! I also used baby spinach so I didn't chop it. I ate this along side a sandwich, but would make a great side dish to any meal!

  Yes it definitely would still be good without the pine nuts, but the pine nuts do add a great texture. I will probably be reviewing a LOT of pine nut recipes in the next couple months :)
