Ingredients
  • 4 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 large cloves garlic minced or sliced thin
  • 1 pound well rinsed coarsely chopped spinach leaves
  • 4 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons lightly toasted pine nuts

Directions
  1. Heat wok then add oil then add garlic and stir until it reaches the point of fragrance.
  2. Remove garlic cloves then add spinach leaves and stir fry until it starts to wilt.
  3. Remove wok from heat then add lemon juice, salt, pepper and pine nuts.
