    Sweet And Sour Pork Chops
While I was getting my lunch, I noticed two pork chops in the freezer so I pulled them out before I headed back to work. Yep, I defrost on the counter. So did my mom. I'm almost 56 and still here so I'm gonna keep on doing it! :-)
This made up quick when I got home and it simmered while I did my critter chores. My chops were pretty thin so I think 15 minutes was a bit long but that isn't the recipe's fault. Had one for dinner and will have the other for lunch tomorrow! And - yes - I even included the red pepper flakes! :-)

Wow that is a fantastic picture!! I have only had orange marmalade once in a recipe and did not like the little orange peel flakes in it. Weird cus I don't mind grated orange rind?! I probably should give it another try since it was 8 or so years ago lol :)
Okay I'm going to do some linking as fast as possible then I'll bump this back up :)

That is a lovely looking picture and dinner Frankieanne! I too thaw on the counter and still live to talk about it! :) Neither hubby nor I are marmalade fans at all but I wonder with the mixture of the soy sauce and dijon that it might kind of hide the orange flavour or can you actually taste orange?

Yes, I could taste the orange a bit. It was kinda tough, though, because of the red pepper flakes. But, it was there!
