Sweet And Sour Pork Chops Recipe
This is a sweet and tangy pork chop recipe that is very simple to make. Serve with pilaf rice and you're good to go!

Ingredients
  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 3 T or orange marmalade, or your favorite jelly
  • 2 T soy sauce
  • 1 t dijon mustard
  • 1/4 t hor red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 C water
  • dash of pepper

Directions
  1. In a sm bowl, combine marmalade, soy sauce, mustard, hot pepper; stir in water and mix well; set aside
  2. Season pork with black pepper and then cook in skillet (Add oil if wanted to spray with PAM) until browned, about 2 minutes per side
  3. Spoon marmalade mixture over chops and bring to a boil
  4. Reduce heat to low and cover
  5. Simmer for 15 minutes
  6. Enjoy!
