How to make it

  • In a sm bowl, combine marmalade, soy sauce, mustard, hot pepper; stir in water and mix well; set aside
  • Season pork with black pepper and then cook in skillet (Add oil if wanted to spray with PAM) until browned, about 2 minutes per side
  • Spoon marmalade mixture over chops and bring to a boil
  • Reduce heat to low and cover
  • Simmer for 15 minutes
  • Enjoy!

    This is a super easy weeknight meal! Especially great for me as I always have the sauce ingredients around. I had two chops but I didn't cut the sauce in half. Made it exactly as written. I cooked mine covered for 10 minutes and then uncovered for 5 to thicken it up a bit. Loved it! I added a picture and a thread in IMI 3/18/14
