    Sweet And Sour Radish Salad
Not my cup of tea. Or radishes, that is. I'm not going to rate it as it may be a taste preference. Also, my radishes have been sitting in the sauce for 20 minutes and aren't black yet. I did cut all of them though. Didn't crush any. I don't know if that has anything to do with it or not.

That's strange. Usually coating a vegetable with acid keeps them from turning color.

Yeah, they still aren't black. So, I don't know what's up with that!

You know, I probably shouldn't have made this as it didn't look like it would appeal to me. But, I wanted to try something with radishes. Between the sesame oil mixed with the cider vinegar - well, it just didn't work for me.

HHHmm this is a very different sounding recipe...
The sesame oil throws me off..but that's just me since I always think it's overpowering in recipes so I tend to cut way back on it, usually just a tiny splash. Your picture is gorgeous though!

Yes, the sesame was overpowering. Its hard to believe something could overpower a radish, but it did.
