Tangy Thousand Island Dressing
Needed dressing for my salads this week!
I think I've decided I like Thousand Island that is made with chili sauce better than ketchup. I noticed this dressing when I was looking at some others and was intrigued by the lemon. I'm not a big lemon fan. You'll never see me sucking on a lemon drop or eating a slice of lemon meringue pie, but I do like what lemon can add to a recipe! This was great. A little tangy but you wouldn't know it was lemon. I also love onion in my salad dressing and this has that as well.
Made half the recipe. Love recipes that are easy to cut in half. This is one of them.

I love radishes. I can just eat them by the handful. I always grow them each year.
