A old family favorite...I think homemade dressing are the best ones..

Ingredients
  • 1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/2 cup chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 3 tablespoons pickle relish

Directions
  1. In medium bowl combine mayo, chili sauce, lemon juice, sugar and salt.
  2. Mix well
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients
  4. Chill before serving.
  5. Makes 2 1/2 cups
