  Recipe by Yumyum: The Best Brocolli Bake/saved
  Covered with foil to try to get a more done bake. Still not soft enough for me.
  Will have to extend the time next time.
  I love brocolli but it has to be done.
  Coating drained to the bottom before it set up.
  Dish is good enough as a side but I will tweak it more next time.
