The Best Brocolli Bake Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup milk

2 eggs

1 small onion chopped

2 Tablespoons flour

salt and pepper to taste

2 16 oz. bags of frozen cut broccoli

Directions

mix all of the first six ingredients until smooth

add the frozen broccoli and mix until coated

bake in a 9x13 baking pan at 350 for 40-45 min

can sprinkle a little bit of cornflake crumbs on top to give it a little crunch

eat and enjoy

I made this today but did not have frozen broccoli. I cooked my fresh broccoli 7 min. then drained. I sprayed my pan with oil. I already had red pepper chopped up so I added that to the onions. I had some crushed potato chips and topped it with those. This was very tasty. Thanks for the inspiration.
