  I'm not pleased with this recipe. It tastes good alright. And it's butt-ugly to look at.
  Recipe is way too nebulous. I would like to see some values in the ingredient list.
  Landed on this recipe because I had some ricotta to use up.
  Used Marsala cooking wine instead of the sipping stuff.
  Left skins on the potatoes.
  Used 4 Russets and a 9x13 casserole dish.
  Covered the dish with foil. Took 1.5 hours to get done.

  That's an odd recipe name. I've never heard of ricotta with potatoes. I don't make recipes that don't have measurements. I may not always use the exact measurement posted, but I need a guideline. Even at my age. :)
