potatoes baked in a casserole...and healthy.

Ingredients
- potatoes
- fresh parsley
- olive o il
- garlic
- ricotta cheese
- dash of masala wine
- spinich
- mushrooms
- onions
Directions
- slice the potatoes and layer the pieces on the bottom of a baking dish that is lined with olive oil. On the stove, heat up some spinich with olive oil, garlic, onions and parsely with a touch of masala wine...add mushrooms, as well and saute this stuff...
- Now, pour over the sliced potatoes and spoon some ricotta cheese over the top and then create a seond and third layer of potatoes using the sauted spinach, mushrooms, garlic, parsley, onions and ricotta cheese as the filler inbetween the layers....
- season with fresh black pepper and cook this casserole for about forty minutes at 375.....
- The potatoes are potassium rich and good for high blood pressure.
