    Good flavor. I was worried about the 2tbsp cumin making the soup too spicy hot so I put it in in portions (can't unring a bell you know). It was not to spicy hot. Got the whole compliment in the soup.
    Just a note: Cannellini and white kidney beans are the same thing, so it's really only a two bean soup. I threw a can of red kidney beans in the mix to make it a three bean soup. Didn't hurt at all, especially since my store's cans are 15oz and the recipe specs 19oz cans.
    Put more salt in the soup than I thought I would and added more when plated.
