Tofu Chicken Nuggets and Spicy Sweet Potato and Carrot Wedges

  I have made
  Tofu Chicken Nuggets Without Chicken
  a couple of times now and my son LOVES this recipe. It makes a lot. We serve it with a chutney on the side. Pretty easy to do and a fun concept.
  Served it last night with
  Spicy Sweet Potato And Carrot Wedges
  by Heathie_Magoo, and it was a great combo.
  Love that I can make something 'fun' and 'healthy' at the same time!
