I did this up differently than instructed. Lots more detail on the recipe. I loved this! I always have these ingredients in the house so I will be making it again. Perfect for after work - especially as I used half tonight and can use the rest tomorrow night.

It does however seem to me more like an open faced quesadilla than an actual pizza.
