    Trailer Trash Pot Roast
Lots of flavor here. My roast was 2 pounds. Those 4 pound roasts are huge! Put it in the slow cooker before work and came home to a ready dinner. Tasty stuff. I can't wait for it to be cold tomorrow to try out a sandwich with it.

Oh wow that sounds good! Could you really taste the horseradish? The family isn't big on it and will turn their noses up to it if it taste to strong of it. I personally love the stuff! Great looking pic!

Ive had this bookmarked for a while and need to get to this. I will also try it in a slow cooker. This looks and sounds great. I would have to use a 2lb roast too. My crock pot is small and wouldnt have room for a 4lb and the veggies. Thanks for the reminder

I'm so happy you liked. it. ML2C, the horseradish is not prominent. Some other posters have suggested adding more horseradish to make it have a bit of bite.
Frankieanne, it makes great sandwiches and an even better hash....I love hash. thank you for making this and I love your picture!

I couldn't really taste the horseradish, ml2c. Nym is right - its not that prominent. I love horseradish and was hoping the 5 oz bottle would let it come out a bit more, but it didn't. I think I will use some of it and some of the potatoes for a hash, nym! Great idea! Its breakfast time for me anyway.

Okay, good (well for me at least) if I do make this I'll keep the horseradish the same for the complainers ;) Hash is such a good idea! I've never thought of reusing a pot roast that way! Duh!
