Posted by jakartainflames. My mother gave me a bottle of white truffle oil and I found this recipe using the ingredient search. Yes, they are just scrambled eggs with some truffle oil stirred in, but the instructions are perfect for someone who doesn't know how to scramble eggs, so I rated it five forks. Added a picture, too.

Very nice pic Frankie! I love the taste of truffles! I had a mushroom risotto once that had white truffle oil in it and it was to die for! I have to get some and try to recreate that recipe. I've seen it sold at Trader Joe's.
