Tuscan Boneless Chicken Thighs

I had 5 thighs and I halved the marinade and it was plenty. Could have probably fit the whole maximum 8 into that marinade. My thighs were not boneless (sorry recipe!) so but I don't think that really changed much except for moister chicken :) No need for more salt and pepper as mentioned. Very good and the skin was SO nice and crispy!

Looks great! I love all the citrus in it! I have chicken thighs in the freezer just waiting for a new recipe too! :)

It's such a good marinade! My only star deduction is adding salt right before grilling when there was plenty in the marinade. How is it preferred when you can't taste it? Anyway, very flavorful!

One teaspoon sea salt is not much salt at all for the marinate. Especially with the larger grain of the salt.
