This recipe is from Rabbit Farms in Canada where the chickens are free-roaming. They only have a few recipes but they are great. Quite the flavors in this one.

Ingredients
  • 2 hour marinade time
  • ½ cup fresh orange juice
  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1-2 Tablespoons fresh oregano, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ Teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 6-8 Organic Boneless Chicken Thighs

Directions
  1. Method
  2. Whisk all juices, olive oil, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper together.
  3. Place in a Ziploc bag along with Organic Boneless Chicken Thighs .
  4. Seal bag and place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours turning occasionally.
  5. Can be done day ahead as well.
  6. Preheat Barbeque.
  7. Pat chicken pieces dry and place on rack at medium heat.
  8. Season with more salt and pepper as preferred and cook until internal temperature reads 160 degrees.
  9. Serve with grilled fresh vegetables and pasta.
