Recipe by Chefjeb.

A wonderful cheese bread. Recipe calls for cheddar. I subbed smoked mozzarella. Nice texture. I used the size down from the 9x5 loaf pan. It needs the 9x5 loaf pan.

My loaf turned out with big ears and a tall top.

Can't wait to make this again and using the cheddar.

Had to tent the loaf in the last 15 minutes. Made some pictures but Chefjeb is a little finicky about them, so I'll keep them to myself. Mother says the bread is deeeeeelicious.
