    Velvety Herbed Eggs
    For Keni Day 02/15/14

We had these for brunch today and they are really very nice and creamy, like the way I make my scrambled eggs. However, the addition of the chives, dill, parsley and cheese is a new spin on scrambled eggs for me that I never would have thought of. It makes a lovely tasty different way of making scrambled eggs. I omitted the hot sauce. LOL We all know Keni loved her hot spicy food and she took a lot of ribbing about that in a good bighearted way:) I halved the recipe and there was lots for my Hubby and I. LOL now were are stuffed! Thanks so much Keni:) RIP my friend.

Yum! What a fabulous looking meal! Yes, Keni and her spicy food! I'm omitting some spicy in what I am making today as well. Her recipes are always way too hot for me! :-)

Yum, I have never put herbs in my eggs either! This might be my breakfast in a couple days :)

Yes you should try these, Michelle:) They are yummy and something a bit different and would make a nice lunch or dinner as well. LOL I had a hang of a time with this pic! At first the eggs didn't look real with the original lighting. LOL I guess not very photogenic? Then when I tried to adjust the lighting, the bacon and toast, looked very burnt and the tomatoes, looked orange! I had to end out with a sort of happy medium with it:)

Gorgeous photo! My family would not go for "stuff" in their eggs, but this sure sounds good to me! Thanks for reminding me! :)

Very beautiful picture Joce! It reminds me of the breakfast's I use to get in Great Britain during my travels! Some places put chopped chives in the eggs, but I never thought to do dill! That would go great with all the smoked salmon we have! ( though of course I don't eat that but my husband would love it!)

Okay I had to make these asap, and of course they are nice and creamy and delicious! I used havarti for the cheese which I don't think I have ever mixed into scrambled eggs before. Like the new spin on the added herbs. It's good stuff :) Added my pic.
