    Did a search for flaxseed. Have had some setting in my fridge for way too long. This recipe is my first candidate. It has good flavor. Rose well. Think I let it over-rise on the second rise as it fell just a little.
    I have always had bad luck making a 100% whole wheat loaf. So this time I split it 50/50 with white bread flour. Maybe next time I'll shift it more to the whole wheat flour.
    You can see the grain on the top portion of the loaf is a little tighter than the middle.
