    This was really good. I skewered and broiled these - three minutes one side - four the other. I guess it was enough time to burn off the whiskey but I still could really taste it. Its what hit first but then I could taste sweet from the honey. I didn't have garlic pepper - I've never even heard of such a thing - so I put some minced garlic in.
