    Salt Pepper Shrimp

    So good! And so easy.

    These were some really good shrimp! I did use the Szechuan pepper blend mentioned by Witchywoman. The measurements, which I actually followed, were perfect. I did double up everything though. The garlic and spice gets nice and crispy and coats the shrimp nicely. Added my pic :)

    Was that spicy? I have had a dish that had too much black pepper in it and my eyes were watering! They sure look tasty!
