--------- ROFL !!! I typoed the Recipe title and I can't edit it LOL --------------

    Wynnbaer's Chipotle Flank Steak
I made Grilled Chipotle Flank Steak for dinner this evening. The chipotle marinade is wonderful and I was happy to have 1/2 cup left over for some chicken that needs sacrificing. I cut the steak into long strips thin diagonally then pounded it and they sat in the marinade for about six hours. Overnight is always better but with frequent shaking and turning the flavor really got down into the meat. I don't have a grill so I heated my everyday pan then put in a teaspoon of bacon grease and cooked the steak up that way. The picture I attached shows how I used the marinade as a "gravy" on top. Mr. Suchafuss and I loved it.

I love the ingredients in this marinade! I'm so bad with marinades. I always forget, especially if it suggest overnight. I usually only get 4 to 6 hrs done on mine after I remember! Yours looks great though ;)

hehe I love the spin on the recipe title!! Too funny!
    I'm like that with marinades, too, ml2c. 30 minutes? OK - that's enough! :)
