I made this tonight to go with some left over chicken. This is the 1st time I have ever had orzo. Its like rice : ) Actually its kinda close to brown rice. Kinda sorta.....How do you describe something that youve never had before???? At least Im not saying "It tastes like chicken" : P Oh, and I was out of parm cheese
I really like this stuff. Really like it. I only had a cup of it that someone had given me a while back. So I cut the recipe in half. I see that it feeds 8. I dont know how it does that. I ate the whole cup along with the chicken. Wynne must be another one of you who eat like birds : D

I didnt sub anything for the parm, Mom. I didnt know what to do there, so I just ate it : ) That stuff is really good. I love the texture. And thanks for liking my purple basil. I never knew there was a purple basil. When I saw it in the store, I had to try it. Adds color to the deck, too : )
