Zucchini Bread

    This was the recipe I used last year and the one I am using today. I see it has already been put to the reviews page but I thought I'd come put it in here so everyone can see it again. This bread comes out very moist and yummy. My kids love it!

    Every other batch I added a cup of nuts. Steve said I should have added more. Then one batch I added a cup of chocolate chips and a cup of nuts...

    Well, I did make this bread last night, and it came out very nicely! Has a very pleasant flavor, and almost makes you want to keep eating it, LOL. Kids loved it too, and they hate zucchini. It really doesn't have any zucchini flavor to it, I guesse it just plays the purpose of moistening the bread. Thanks again for posting this recipe!
