What a great recipe to have around during zucchini season! Even my pudgy little doggie ate some zucchini! Very tasty stuff.

Oh, yeah. I forgot to mention that. I did scoop out a bit but not too much. Just basically the seeds. It probably didn't even amount to 1/4". Its really good! Its hard to believe I ate a whole zucchini. :-P

I ended up just throwing a can of tomato sauce into a pot and jazzing it up with Italian seasoning, garlic powder salt and pepper for the pizza sauce. I guess my zucchini tilted a bit while cooking as you can see from the pepperoni's ;) It's a keeper Mr. P!!
